Then when Sara was almost 2 and Felicia was almost out, Dad died. So he never saw Felicia, Sue or Dan. (sad for me, bc I would have loved to see his face at the time. But I was still so happy, I didn't have time to be sad--not really. Still, you know...)

So I'll be 65 when Infant Cole comes out of the hopper and ~83 on graduation... No matter. It will be a great day!

I remember Sara coming out and being handed to me. I said, "Welcome to the world, Sara!" She just stared, without a single cry, into my eyes with her steady baby blues. What a great day!

;)

Dad FisherAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1267525910799598520.post-51381393986248900582010-09-20T22:33:03.734-04:002010-09-20T22:33:03.734-04:00I'm certain that your baby is much more beauti...I'm certain that your baby is much more beautiful than the Pampers baby!Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06303686959576840934noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1267525910799598520.post-12155442538740276942010-09-20T19:56:52.287-04:002010-09-20T19:56:52.287-04:00My mom was a couple months away from turning 36 wh...My mom was a couple months away from turning 36 when I arrived. It was crazy that I have friends with parents 15 years younger than mine...I thought she was so old! It was especially weird when I realized Grandma Ware is 10 years older than my mom and your mom is 10 years younger. So bizarre! But my mom is turning 70 in October and you know what? She doesn't seem quite so old to me anymore! Kids keep you young. Enjoy it! :) JoelleAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
